How do I access my athlete’s photos?
- Visit LifeInAFlash.Photography, go to the Photo Gallery Access section, click your team name, and enter the password provided by your coach. Then open your athlete’s folder and download the photos.
When will the photos be available?
- Digital photos are typically ready within 7 - 14 days after picture day. Your coach will notify you once the galleries are ready. Physical prints are typically delivered to the individual/coach/league within 2 - 3 weeks.
Can I order prints or specialty items?
- Yes! I offer digital-only options as well as print packages that include memory mates, magazine covers, magnets, buttons, and other keepsakes.
What if I didn’t receive my team’s password or link?
- If you haven’t received your access details, please contact me through the Contact page or reach out to your coach so I can resend the correct link and password.
Can I customize my athlete’s package?
- Absolutely. All packages are fully customizable to fit your needs — from simple digital downloads to full print bundles. - If your athlete is part of a team or league session, the packages are made the same for all athletes.
Do you edit or retouch the photos?
- Yes. All final photos are professionally edited for color, lighting, and overall presentation. Custom requests such as background swaps or touch-ups can be arranged for an additional fee.
Can siblings or friends be photographed together?
- Yes! Just let me and your coach know before picture day so I can schedule a buddy or sibling shot. All additional photos are taken AFTER the individuals have each had their photo(s) completed.
How long will the photos stay online?
- Photo galleries remain active for about 60 days. Be sure to download and save your photos before the gallery expires.
Do I need to sign a photo release?
- A photo release for is provided with all digital downloads.
What payment options do you accept?
- We accept credit/debit cards, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, cash, and check (depending on your league’s setup). If the league covers all athlete photos, no individual payment is needed.

How do we schedule picture day?
- Use the Contact page to request a date, and I’ll coordinate all details directly with you.
What if we need to reschedule or it rains?
- No worries — we’ll simply choose the next available date that works best for your teams within the boundaries of my schedule.
Do you provide order forms or digital flyers for parents?
- Yes! I can create custom flyers or digital sheets with your team’s photo day info, package options, and access instructions upon request.
Can the league pay for everyone, or do parents purchase individually?
- Either option works. I offer pricing for both league-paid and parent-paid setups — we’ll determine which best fits your organization before picture day.
Do you offer custom packages for our league?
- Yes — every package is custom-built to fit your goals, whether that’s full coverage for every athlete or flexible family options.
How long does it take to deliver the photos?
- Digital photos are typically delivered within 7 - 14 days after the shoot. You’ll receive an email with all team links and access passwords. Physical prints are typically delivered to the team/league within 2 - 3 weeks.
Can we include sponsor logos or league branding in the photos?
- Definitely! I can incorporate sponsor logos, team names, or league branding into digital backgrounds or specialty products.
How do we get the team passwords and share links?
- Once your galleries are uploaded, I’ll send you a list of team-specific links and passwords to distribute securely to parents.
Do you shoot action photos or just portraits?
- Both! I offer individual and team portraits as well as action photography upon request.
